Designed for arts managers who have none or a limited amount of formal accounting training, John Paxinos will explain and discuss a number of essential accounting concepts for you and/or your team. “Financial Management for Senior Arts Executives” is a program of three half day seminars that provide Arts Managers with all the practical financial tools they need to effectively manage their organisations.

In-person and remote options
All our financial training workshops and seminars are held around a board table at the Malthouse Theatre in Melbourne. We work with arts businesses all over Australia and New Zealand. Consulting is best done in person however we are able to work via Zoom if necessary.
